Night Life

Generally Fuerteventura is not really the Eldorado for night owls and has not the image for Night Life like Gran Canary or Ibiza. Nevertheless you will find various discotheques and bars particularly in Jandia Playa in the south, Caleta de Fuste in the east and Corralejo in the north, in which dancers can change the night into day.

Morro Jable has two main centres of entertainment, the first in the shopping centre Jandia. Here you find many smaller bars, with a large discotheque in the middle. The second place is the plaza Cirilo Lopez, where you find a number of Cocktail bars. Particularly popular in Jandia Playa is the discotheque Stella, which belongs to the Stella Canaris resort, and the discotheque of the club Robinson and the club Aldiana

The night life in Caleta de Fuste is centred around the different shopping centres, which are convenient at the main street. There is a good selection of bars and if you like to experience more, then you find some livelier bars in the local centre.

But the largest selection of clubs, taverns and Cocktail bars you will find in Corralejo. Mainly around the shopping centre Atlántico at the main street meet the clubbers following the slogan "seeing and to be seen". Here you find various cocktail- and Disco bars. Along the main street there are Discos, mostly British bars and life music. Somewhat more relaxed it is in the pedestrian precinct at the end of the main street, where you find many open air bars, in which you can listen to international and Spanish music. The most well-known addresses are Corkys Surf bar (Surf Videos), Rock Island and Blue Rock (life music), Festers sport bar, Flicks, Bellas and The Sandpiper. All these bars close at 01.00, but if you still want to go further, then the Discotheque Pacha, the Majestics (beside Corkys) the club Estella and the Waikiki are recommended.
